This class is for Girls between the ages of 10-14years old.
This is a fun, interactive class where students will learn yoga poses (asanas) to increase strength, flexibility, balance and peace of mind. Pilates exercises are incorporated into the class. We will use breathing techniques(pranayama) and some meditation to help alleviate kids' stress and worry to help them feel calm and happy.
