1) One on One Personal Training: is a customized workout program made for the individual client.This FUNctional workout session allows the client to get the most efficient and effective workout in one hour. The individual's goals and needs are carefully taken in to consideration when planning this workout.
2) Partner Training: Working with a friend, husband/wife or another person is a great way to still get close attention from the personal trainer but in a semi-private setting. Both individuals' fitness levels and contraindications will be taken into consideration. This session is one hour long.
3) Small Group Training: Small group training is an affordable way to have fun specialized training with a small group of 4. For example preparing for a ski trip, bike or running race. It is one hour long.
1) Private Small Group Fitness Classes for 4-8 participants. This includes Bootcamp, Circuit, Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Stroller Bootcamp, Yoga, Pilates, Teen Bootcamp, Cardiofit classes and more. Be prepared to get sweaty and have fun! This class can be 45 minutes or one hour long.
2) I teach a variety of fitness classes at gyms and recreation centres in Toronto
In each of the services we will use a variety of equipment that is appropriate for your fitness goals to get you the results you want. Equipment may include TRX training, medicine ball, stability balls, dumbells and more.
